Celebrity Big Brother's grand finale may have been affected by the live rugby on Thursday, as it was down by around 500,000 viewers from last year's series.
The overnight average audience for James Hill's victory was 1.65 million (9.0%), which is also down by around 900k from January's series. Later, Bit on the Side entertained 507k (6.3%) at 10.45pm, while Dogs Make You Laugh Out Loud amused 801k (4.2%) at 8pm.
On BBC One, Eat Well for Less managed to top the night outside soaps with 4.56m (23.7%) at 8pm, followed by Frank Gardner's Who Do You Think You Are? with 4.13m (20.7%) at 9pm. Question Time brought in 2.41m (22.9%) at 10.35pm.

Veteran actor Edward Herrmann, 71, who played in director Joel Schumacher’s The Lost Boys and Richard Gilmore on television’s Gilmore Girls, died Wednesday (Dec. 31) in New York.
Herrman had been in treatment for brain cancer for months according to a statement released by his talent agent, Robyn Stecher.
His family told TMZ, which first reported the news, he had been in a hospital intensive care unit for nearly a month when the decision was made to remove him from a respirator.
Herrmann won a Tony Award for his 1976 portrayal of Frank Gardner in the Broadway play Mrs. Warren’s Profession. He earned Emmy nominations as Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the made-for-television productions Eleanor and Franklin in 1976 and Eleanor and Franklin: The White House Years in 1977.
His previous film work included The Town That Dreaded Sundown (2014), The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), The Aviator (2004), Intolerable Cruelty (2003) and The Cat’s Meow...

24 Hours in A&E had a strong start on Channel 4 on Wednesday night, overnight data has revealed.
The medical documentary series returned for its third run to 2.63 million viewers (11.3%) at 9pm. A further 668,000 tuned in on Channel 4+1.
The Mimic's first series came to an end with a high 656k (3.5%) at 10pm, with 227k watching on +1.
Anna & Katy also concluded with 275k (1.9%) at 10.30pm. Earlier, Phil Spencer's Secret Agent attracted 1.43m (6.5%) at 8pm.
BBC One's MasterChef brought in 4.73m (21.4%) at 8pm, while Victoria Wood's new series Nice Cup of Tea amused 3.29m (14.1%) at 9pm.
On BBC Two, Coast dropped from last week's opener to 2.13m (9.6%) at 8pm. Frank Gardner's documentary Return to Saudi Arabia was seen by 855k (3.7%) at 9pm.
