Ava Paloma is a multi-talented actress and producer, known for her extensive experience and dynamic presence in film, television, and theater. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Sophia in the Bruce Willis action-thriller Deadlock, a performance praised by Quentin Tarantino as "really f***ing good." Recently, Ava starred alongside James Franco and Paul Ben-Victor in Razor's Edge, playing Ben-Victor's daughter, and as FBI Agent Angela Scott in the film 72 Hours opposite Sam Trammell. Her TV work includes roles on Law & Order: Organized Crime, The Blacklist, and Bull. Additionally, Ava is currently featured in a recurring Ford campaign and a national Qdoba commercial.
In her film career, Ava has taken on leading roles in a variety of projects, including Kitt in Scrapper alongside the late Craig "Mums" Grant, and Vikki in the film Jersey Bred, opposite Chris Tardio. As a producer, she founded WV4 Productions, known for its dark comedies such as Verpussi's Heirs and Choked, which premiered at The C:10 Collective Play Festival.
Ava's professional journey began with her role as an assistant to screenwriter Ed Solomon, famed for his work on Men in Black and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. This experience fueled her passion for storytelling and shaped her approach as both an actress and producer. A proud graduate of NYU, Ava trained under the renowned Bill Esper at The William Esper Studio and is an ensemble member of The Collective NYC, co-founded by Amy Schumer and Kevin Kane.
Originally from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Ava now calls New York City home, having spent half her life there.
In her downtime, Ava enjoys being a mom to her son Bo, long walks with her rescue dogs, Ruby and Cha Cha, and spending time at her family's regenerative farm, Wildom, in Deep Creek, Maryland.
