- Steve Inman is an American MMA sports commentator for King of the Cage since 2007 and runs the entire video operations serving as VP of production for King of the Cage. His broadcast career that started in 1997 when he decided to attend radio school in Huntington Beach, Ca. also an independent director, writer, producer, and video editor with over 20 years of experience under his belt. His early career in film as an actor included small roles in two Roger Corman films ("Dragon Fire" & "Fantastic Four") between 1993-94. Predating his video days, Steve's background lies in the radio business where he DJ'd and co-hosted on stations such as KCAL, KGGI, and X103.9. Following his career in radio, Steve joined up with MMA organization "King of the Cage" where he became the lead commentator as well as current head of video production.
On the sideline, Steve's independent production company, Inman Entertainment, began to breed life to various small projects over the years. In July, 2016, Steve headed to Houston, Alaska with a film crew of 4 to begin production on the campy, science fiction, cult-comedy Detective Jimmy Apple. Less than a year later, the 48 minute film Detective Jimmy Apple found its home and gained popularity on Amazon Prime Instant Video. This sparked a new era of growth for Inman Entertainment, as the company gained the ability to produce high quality visuals while maintaining its small membership. Plans for the sequel of Detective Jimmy Apple aim for release in fall 2017.
