Jordan was born in Montreal, Canada in 1988 and moved to Sydney,
Australia with his family in 1996. He began acting at a young age and
did his first theatre company performance in 2005 with ATYP, performing
a group self-devised piece in the Museum of Contemporary Art entitled
"Through My Eyes".
He then attended the University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Arts
(English, Film, Performance Studies and Yiddish) before going to McGill
University in Montreal, Canada for one year. He continued his studies
with a Masters of Creative Writing at the University of Sydney. While
at university, Jordan starred in a number of shows including "Stones in
his Pockets" - a two man show wherein he plays seven characters - and
several other pieces. One of which, "A Czar is Born" (Wri/Dir Laurence
Rosier-Staines), was performed at the Sydney Fringe Festival in 2010.
In 2011 he met
Luke Sheehan and
from there he performed in
Hell Is Other People (2011),
Sour Grapes (2013) and several other
shorts.
