Sabin Carr was born on 4 September 1904 in Dubuque, Iowa, USA. Sabin was a producer, known for Harlem on the Prairie (1937). Sabin died on 11 September 1983 in Santa Barbara, California, USA.
A graduate of Yale College, and a champion athlete, Carr represented the United States in the 1928 Summer Olympics, winning the gold medal for the pole vault.
