Television actor Shashank Vyas feels that although the Ott space is soaring right now, if these platforms do not focus on content that suits the family audience, they will reach saturation point.
"There are shows which are normalising things like cursing and abusing. You need to know the audience also reaches a saturation point, you can have a brilliant season one, an amazing season two, but the third season will turn out to be boring for the audience. Even if you try to watch a good show filtered from such scenes or content, the advertisement before that will be such that even if you are not willing to watch it, you will have to. This normalisation is happening and you can't escape from it," Shashank tells Ians.
The actor, known for his roles in shows such as "Balika Vadhu" and "Roop: Mard Ka Naya Swaroop" is clear about the kind...

The newly married couple has, for now, dropped their honeymoon plans because of the ongoing pandemic situation, and the actress will be resuming work on her new TV show "Namak Ishq Ka" soon after the wedding festivities get over.
Rajshri looked heavenly in a red lehenga with intricate golden embroidery. A light pink dupatta, kundan jewellery, and a red bindi completed her look. Gaurav looked handsome in an off-white sherwani that he paired up with a floral printed safa. Talking about her look, she said, "I loved my lehenga. It felt as though it was made for me. It was neither too heavy, nor too light. I always believe that more than looking beautiful, you should feel beautiful and I felt so beautiful."

In today?s day and age, social media has become of prime importance, especially if you have fans following your every move. Actor Shashank Vyas says that he has often been at the receiving end of complaints from his fans who claim that he doesn?t post enough.
?All this time I have been accused of not being on social media by my fans. I don't take social media seriously. It is a fun thing and I only use it to reach out to my fans, that too once in a month. One has a choice of being on it or not being on it.
I choose not to make my personal life public by posting pictures or tweeting private details. It is an individual choice at the end of the day. Posting everything online and then complaining of invasion of privacy is a hypocritical thing to do.

Actor Shashank Vyas has recently raised the issue of how actors? names should be included in the credits of their shows. This is what other TV actors need to say about this.
Krishna Bhardwaj:
I have no issues with my name not part of the credentials. We live in the Internet world where every fact and figure is available. We are actors and we always are seen on screen. Credentials require the names of people working off the screen like directors, editors, cameramen, setting, makeup, spot and so on. It's them who need more credits than us actors. So, I don't feel it's important to have actors? names in the credits. People can find out actors? names on the Internet.
Adaa Khan:
Actors are a very important part of any show. We give our 100 percent work for nearly 12-14 hrs a day. We dedicate ourselves fully to the show we are doing.

As they celebrate Valentine?s Day, our favourite telly actors tell us what they feel true love is and how to deal with an obsessed lover.

True love is based on mutual understanding and affection. It is a matter of the heart. True love is a pure state where feelings are understood. Forced love can be a compromise only. Chocolate Day is here and we ask the chocolate boys of TV to give us their take on the day!
Abhishek Tewari
A lot of times when I had just entered in the industry and even till now, I am called a Chocolate Boy. When I used to model at that time as well, I used to receive such compliments. They used to call me with different names as well such as chocopie, etc . Chocolate days are your teenage days when you are in this age of innocence and there are so many experiences you are exploring as you're growing up. So those are very sweet, chocolaty days in which you get to know about different parts of life and about yourself.?
Shashank Vyas
It's a compliment to be called a chocolate boy and I have been told so often that when I maintain a clean shaven look, I am the perfect chocolate boy.
