Marshall Cortez Vamann better known as "Marshall Mann" was born Sept. 26, 1979 in Houston Texas, in a south side section known as little Mexico (Pasadena Tx) to parents Linda (Fay), a salon owner, and Fess Vamann, an after hours night club owner. He got his taste of entertainment life in the early 90's working at his older brothers independent record label. 1997 he wrote, directed, and financed a play called "A Fall from Grace". A short time later he became an assistant at a Houston independent television station, where he learned television broadcasting, editing, advertising, and production. He attended film & Television school at Houston Community College and went on to do production management, direct, and edited independent films and music video's
In the early 2000's he started a concert promoting company and flipped real estate while continuing his education at the University of Houston, studying Business marketing & Economics. In 2005 he produced a the documentary "Politics Life & Religion" which he traveled state to state and sold thousands of copies along with independent artist music CD's, he executive produced out his company's promotional van.
In 2007-2008 he produce the television show "Heart of The Streetz" which he purchased paid programming airtime in several different mid-western and southern cities. His passion for comedy and screen writing led him to southern California where he founded a marketing company, produce media, and lives with his family.
