Sally Anderson(VII)

Sally Anderson is an actor, director and teacher of theatre, who has
worked all over the world. She was dialogue coach for Jessica Tandy
(Driving Miss Daisy, Nobody's Fool, Camilla), and Hume Cronyn (12 Angry
Men, Sea People) for many years. She was one of the founding members of
the Theatre Artists Workshop of Westport Connecticut. She won the 1999
NETC Moss Hart Award for her production of Arcadia. From 1982 -1992,
she was a regular actor, director, and stage manager at Vineyard
Playhouse in Martha's Vineyard. Known to local audiences for her
performances as Shirley Valentine in Shirley Valentine, she recently
appeared as Evelyn in Kindertransport for the Holocaust Conference at
Shenandoah University in Virginia. Sally is a director (The Jungle
Book, The 39 Steps) and occasional stage manager for Shenandoah
Conservatory where she teaches theatre.
