There’s a memorable scene in the movie Elf in which Will Ferrell bursts into his dad’s office during a business meeting, twirls with glee, and proclaims, “I’m in love, I’m in love, and I don’t care who knows it!” If you took this four-second clip and played it 1,160 consecutive times, you’d get the equivalent of Chance the Rapper’s 77-minute debut album The Big Day—a tribute to Chance’s wife, Kirsten Corley, and a companion album to their wedding, which took place earlier this year in March.

A week ago, every 2020 candidate filed their first-quarter financial reports with the Federal Election Commission. President Trump, who held his first 2020 campaign rally less than a month after he was inaugurated, has the largest war chest of anyone in the field. But the candidate with the highest percentage of small-dollar donors — a key indicator of broad-based public support — is Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, followed closely...

Garret Dillahunt (“Raising Hope”), Tom Felton (Harry Potter), and Jake Abel (The Host) are set to star in Ghosts Of The Pacific, the true story of three WWII Navy flyers cast adrift on the South Pacific in 1942. The feature will be produced by The American Film Company, which specializes in making movies based on true stories from America’s past.
Producer and American Film Co. president Brian Falk will be making his directorial debut recounting the incredible journey of pilot Harold Dixon (Dillahunt), bombardier Tony Pastula (Felton), and radioman Gene Aldrich (Abel) – virtual strangers assigned to a scouting mission on January 16, 1942. “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton is shedding his Hogwarts robes -- and his British accent -- for his next role, as an American Navy pilot in the upcoming World War II drama “Ghosts of the Pacific.” The actor, who portrayed Slytherin student and Harry Potter nemesis Draco Malfoy in the series, will get to play a hero this time, in the role of real-life bombardier Tony Pastula. Pastula was stranded in the South Pacific in 1942 alsongside pilot Harold Dixon and radioman Gene Aldrich after the trio abandoned their damaged scouting plane. They ended up adrift on a 4-foot-by-8-foot raft for 34 days with no food, water, or supplies. “I've always been attracted to true stories that showcase ordinary people in extraordinary situations,” said Joe Ricketts, the film's executive producer. “The men in ‘Ghosts of the Pacific' faced seemingly insurmountable odds and yet they never gave up. They were America's first heroes of the Pacific war.

George Obama is Barack Obama's half-brother, so what is he doing appearing in a documentary that knocks the president? As THR reports, George is featured in conservative writer Dinesh D'Souza's "2016: Obama's America," which is based on D'Souza's book The Roots of Obama's Rage.
That book put forth D'Souza's wildly unpopular belief that Barack Obama's Kenyan heritage instilled a burning hate for all things colonial in the president. The author contends that Obama was introduced to this distaste for colonial powers from his (and George's) father.
In the clip above, George is seen fielding questions from D'Souza, and generally disagreeing with every principal the latter raises. When the author and filmmaker presses Obama on why his wealthy and powerful brother isn't helping him financially, George says the president "has a family of his own."
"He’s got other issues to deal with,” he adds. “He’s taking care of the world,...
