Kim Reynolds began her career working at "The Late Show with David Letterman", and after a five-year stint working in late night, joined MTV's award-winning News and Docs department. During her time at MTV, Kim produced numerous specials and events including a town hall on climate change with former Vice President Al Gore, a forum on gun violence in Chicago with Ice Cube and Common, and the MTV Video Music Awards pre-shows. Kim went on to develop PBS's 50th-anniversary signature programming initiative "American Portrait" with RadicalMedia, and developed and produced the critically acclaimed series "The Me You Can't See" with Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry for Apple TV+. Her short film, Bree Wayy: Promise Witness Remembrance, which looked at how the art world dealt with the death of Breonna Taylor, was named to the 2021 DOC NYC shortlist. Kim's latest film, "The Lady Bird Diaries", premiered at SXSW (2023) where it won the Louis Black "Lone Star" Award
