It’s a new year and new episodes of Hoarders. The long-running A&e series is entering Season 15 with organizational experts and clinical psychologists helping more individuals come from beneath the weight of their belongings. And this season there is something new happening that fans are sure to love. As usual, each episode focuses on someone under dire circumstances. Through the support of loved ones and the Hoarders pros, they find the light of hope for a brighter future after they are given a hand in cleaning their homes. Dorothy Breininger has been there since the Emmy-nominated and Critics Choice Television Award-winning show’s inception. For “The Organizer,” every case brings its own set of challenges to overcome. During the premiere, she teams with Dr. David Tolin to assist a hard-working midwife named Terri. Code Enforcement is concerned about the safety of Terri’s home after they’ve successfully stopped a fire from consuming the property.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a difficult thing to treat. In order to make patients give up their greatest fears, you also have to confront them with their greatest fears. At least, that's the plan of Dr. David Tolin on 'The Ocd Project' (Thu., 10Pm Et on VH1).

Patient Kristen Love has an irrational fear of germs and of contamination. So Dr. Tolin tries to deal with this fear by meeting it head on. And what's the method that he uses? He wants to have Kristen touch a glass of a glass of urine. This happens while Kristen is hanging out in her bedroom. Dr. Tolin's goal is to show her that germs aren't so bad.
Kristen instantly freaks out and starts crying. Meanwhile, Dr. Tolin protests that he's doing it all for her own good. Um, Doctor? We don't mean to be critical, but no...
