Match #1: Swerve Strickland vs. “Hangman” Adam Page (Time Limit Draw) The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Page slapped Swerve in the face. Swerve swept out Page’s legs. They tussled to the outside. Swerve whipped Page into the barricade. Swerve jumped over the barricade and crashed onto Page on the arena floor. Back in the ring, Page chopped at Swerve’s chest. Swerve fired back with a high boot, catching Hangman flush in the face. Swerve stomped Page in the corner. Hangman retaliated with a fallaway slam. Page was a bit ticked off by the live crowd’s reaction to him, who were about 90% behind Swerve tonight. Swerve climbed to the top turnbuckle,...

Match #1: Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin) def. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen) The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Top Flight used tandem offense on Marq Quen. They isolated Quen in their corner. Darius swept out Quen’s leg and Dante hit Quen with a Ddt, demonstrating beautiful combo offense. Quen pulled a dropkick out of midair and then tagged in Isiah. Isiah rocked Darius with a stunner. Quen came in and drove Darius face first with a stomp. Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features eight matches and is once again filmed at the Dark studios in Orlando, Florida rather than coming from on the road… Anyway, on with the review.
Match #1: Blake Christian def. Serpentico
My Thoughts: Ahhhh, we’re back to Serpentico actually giving a great performance and Blake Christian was a great foil for him too. Which meant this was a fantastic opener to this week’s show!
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Rush def. Aiden Park
My Thoughts: Surprise, surprise, we get a squash match from Rush. but damn if Rush doesn’t do great squashes… I love how he’s both sneaky and dominant as he overpowers his opponents, and that was certainly the case here.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #3: Kiera Hogan def. Megan Meyers
My Thoughts: Another squash match, though this time featuring some...

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features eight matches and takes us back to the typical Dark studio setting rather than coming from on the road… Anyway, on with the review.
Match #1: Britt Baker def. Billie Starkz
My Thoughts: This was a fantastic opening match, with Billie Starkz giving Britt Baker a decent run, almost getting the win with a super-close pinfall attempt. Starkz even made Baker bleed! Apparently this was filmed a while ago, which takes some of the momentum out of the finished product but still, I really enjoyed this one.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Dark Order def. Baliyan Akki, Marcus Kross & Vary Morales
My Thoughts: Dark Order versus enhancement talent… Oh, I wonder who;s going to win this one? And what do you know, it’s also a squash! Yes, this one weas another by-the-book Aew YouTube match for the Dark Order.

Cobb went to work on the ribs and back of Dorada, trying to neutralize him. Dorada ducked a clothesline and hit Cobb with a spectacular tornillo over the top rope on Cobb! Dorada followed up with a springboard senton onto Cobb for a near fall! Cobb yanked Dorada off the top rope and squashed Dorada with a standing moonsault for a two-count.

Welcome to this week’s review of Aew Dark: Elevation, the opening salvo in the Aew wrestling week. We’ve got Matt Menard on commentary again this week but… he’s joined by Roh’s Ian Riccaboni(!) for this episode so let’s see what the show has to offer!
Match #1: Zack Clayton def. Conan Lycan
My Thoughts: A pretty decent match from Zack Clayton, who seems to be slotting into Aew nicely. Conan Lycan was a decent opponent, matching Clayton’s size and strength brilliantly. Like Julia Hart, Clayton is certainly going to improve the longer he’s with the company.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Nyla Rose def. B3cca
My Thoughts: Well this was a squash, Nyla Rose took like One hit from B3cca before demolishing her with a spear and a Beast Bomb. Marina Shafir cut a promo after the match which went...
