Over 300 people have complained about the BBC's commentary during the snowboarding slopestyle final at the Winter Olympics.
Jenny Jones became the first Briton to win an Olympic medal on the snow, earning a bronze at the Sochi event on Sunday (February 9).
The athlete's friend and fellow snowboarder Aimee Fuller was commentating on the final with Ed Leigh and Tim Warwood.
Fuller had taken part in the event, but did not reach the final, while Warwood is a former UK snowboarding champion.
One viewer complained about "the level of weeping, screaming, cheering when other competitors fell", reports BBC News.
Fuller was also heard cheering when Austria's Anna Glasser fell, meaning that Jones would win the bronze medal.
She said: "Are we supposed to do that? Probably not."
All three commentators were heard crying when it was confirmed that Jones had won a medal.
Warwood later tweeted: "Snowboarding just won the Olympics...
