Most featured extras are not credit in the film, but John out of the kindness of his heart gave his father a funny character name, "Brokeback Mike." Michael also let John film the at 3 of Michael's homes for the movie The Vampires of Zanzibar. Not only did Michael Birmingham have no creative say in the movie at all, but his "executive producer" credit was volunteered by John to give him a free credit in the movie to be Jesus like, "kindness to others as you would do unto yourself" is how his son John always was because he was raised that way by his father Mike and his mother. His father is a business man and had no creative say in any of his son John's movies. But Mike does have a really funny and good sense of humor that God gave him and thousands of people have enjoyed and still enjoy about Michael. Michael was a movie extra in his son John's movies, and he had no creative say in John's movies but John gave him an "Executive Producer" credit to be kind to his father. Michael's real work was at regular jobs and in the real estate business where he was very successful as well as a real estate agent, college teacher and in the 101st Airborne in the Army where he served in Vietnam. Mike's real work is for God and Jesus and raising his 3 children in the ways of God and Jesus.
