Fazal Ahmad Karim Fazli, known also by Fazal Ahmed Karim Fazli, F.A. Karim Fazli, and Chacha Abba to friends and family, and those in the industry, was born in Bahraich, United Provinces of Agra and Oudh, British India. Fazal Ahmad Karim was a poet, writer, producer and director, known for Masoom (1941), Chiragh Jalta Raha (1962), Aisa Bhi Hota Hai (1965), and Waqt Ki Pukar (1967).
