- Alycia Kaback's entrepreneurial plans were started at a very early age. Alycia was extremely competitive and wanted to learn the ins and outs that make some people more successful than others. In 2006 Alycia made the decision that changed her life forever. She quit her job doing mortgages. "I finally realized that I should be an entrepreneur!" She harnessed the power of making connections and surrounded her-self only with positive and motivated individuals to help build her business. Alycia's goal was to set up a system that would prove to bring determined individuals success in the entertainment industry. Alycia's skill and proficiency at marketing her business started to attract such prestigious clients as Nole Marin the Judge from America's Next Top Model, Deborah Gregory the founder of The Cheetah Girls , Ed Bennett the founder of VH-1, and many other representatives from such notable organization's such as Ford, Wilhelmina, MTV, Warner Brothers, NBC and some of the top people in music, modeling, acting and even Broadway legends.
An unstoppable faith in her own ability has helped Alycia Kaback become a rising female producer and entrepreneur, as founder and CEO of The "IT" Factor Productions and VIP Talent Connect, LLC. Alycia also serves as investor and advisor to Colby Models a recognized boutique fashion agency in NYC. In March of 2011, Alycia launched Kaback Model Managment a boutique commercial agency located in the heart of NYC and Philadelphia.
Alycia Kaback's producing credits include: The Model Diaries NYC (Pre Production) VIP Reality Project, VIP NYC (Three Episodes), The Mandela Maker (Short Film) and serves on the board of directors of Revolution YES a not for profit organization that helps find children and individuals that are making a difference in the world. Alycia also recently served as MC for the 25th Anniversary Israel Film Festival Sponsor Dinner. Alycia was also recently interviewed on WOR Radio in NYC by legendary talk host Valerie Smalldone. Her upcoming schedule includes the inaugural VIP Film Festival in NYC in addition to working on a book about how to get noticed as an actor or musician. Alycia is also actively involved in numerous charities and speaking engagements throughout the year.
In 2013, Alycia Kaback lengthened her producer credits by helping to bring Vanya, Sonia, Masha and Spike starring Sigourney Weaver to Broadway, which shortly thereafter won the Tony Award for Best Play.
