Ross Araujo was born and raised in Brazil where his acting career began
at the age of 3. During his childhood he did some modeling campaigns as
well as TV commercials and soap operas. At the age of 18 he got
accepted to a private dental school where he began pursuing his second
passion of becoming a dentist. In 1992 he moved to the United States
and in 1998 he received his DDS licensing.
In 2003, he was cast for his first American production as the role of
Rockie Carroca in the Broadway musical "My Favorite Year". A more
recent achievement is when he became SAG eligible in late 2013 after
completing his work on Redeemed.
Ross is a perfectionist and will strive to perfect any role that he is
cast for. He is currently "perfecting" his dental practice in Thousand
Oaks, Ca.
