He is a classically trained Tenor, with credits in Opera and Musical
Theatre.
He attended the exclusive training school Interlochen Arts Academy as a
teen. There he studied Vocal Performance, Drama, Dance, etc.
Mark was a student at North Carolina School of the Arts in their vocal
performance department.
He also studied at the acclaimed Oberlin College of Music, where he
performed several lead roles with their Gilbert & Sullivan company and
others. While there he also ran a music store near campus.
Mark performed several seasons with Cleveland Opera.
Mark has appeared off Broadway at City Center and also at the York
Theatre, as well as Symphony Space. He was featured in Chess at Lincoln Center.
Mark is married to actress Jennifer Montague. Together they
have four children: Maeve, Finian, Quinn, and Muriel.
