- Legião Urbana was born in 1982 in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil. He was a music artist and actor, known for Legião Urbana: Perfeição (1993), The Clone (2001) and Eduardo and Monica (2020). He died on October 22, 1996 in Brazil.
- The legendary band is until today one of the most important from Brazil.
- Membes have included Renato Russo, Dado Villa-Lobos, Marcelo Bonfá, Renato Rocha, Ico Ouro Preto, Eduardo Paraná.
- The group disbanded eleven days after the death of its lead singer Renato Russo. The remaining duo Dado Villa-Lobos and Marcelo Bonfá performed with the group's name in the 2010's paying tribute some of the album's anniversary and had actor Wagner Moura replacing Russo.
- From 1985 to 1997, they released eight studio album and a couple of live and/or greatest hits compilations, and one MTV Unplugged (the very first from any artist in Brazil).
