While living in New York City, Ika continued her dance training and had the opportunity to perform in Off-Broadway shows, NYU, music videos, and fashion lines. She has done professional work in the modeling and acting field, and has completed 7 years of piano study with The Royal Conservatory of Music.
Ika now travels between New York, Texas, and Montreal teaching dance and working on commercials and music videos.
