The man who called 911 about an incident at Heather Locklear's house claimed to be a doctor worried about her safety, according to a tape released by authorities. "I have a patient and I have a feeling she's suicidal. And I would want someone to go [check on her]," says the caller, who spoke to a dispatcher Saturday evening.
