- Don Christopher was born in Adelaide, South Australia and in 2005 moved to Sydney, New South Wales to become a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Since graduating from NIDA in 2007, he was cast as Jim Sivilich in the Screentime and Network Ten tele-movie The Informant directed by Peter Andrikidis in 2008. - Before completing his graduating year at NIDA 2007, Don was cast as Jim Sivilich in the Screen Australia and Network Ten production 'The Informant' directed by Peter Andrikidis, along side some of Australia's leading actors: William McInnes, Stephen Curry and Colin Friels.
In 2008, he then went on to play roles on some of Australia's most successful television series, Seven Networks 'Packed to the Rafters' as Gavin Davidson and the long time running hospital drama series 'All Saints' as Chris Calloway. During 2008, Don was also cast in three short films for the 2009-2010 Film Festival Award Season, 'Mary' directed by James Nicholas, 'Blind Date' directed by Chris Ramos (an official selection for the Florence International Film Festival and Toronto Film Festival) and 'Under the Line' directed by Matt MaCaloon.
In 2009, Don was cast as Richard Nichols, the character host of the Seven Network sketch comedy show 'Entertainment Eye,' based on the popular American Entertainment show 'Entertainment Tonight'. Don was then cast as Detective Miles in the Australian Independent film and official selection of the Singapore International Film Festival 'Being in Heaven' directed and written by Michael Domeyko Rowland based on the best seller 'The Real Law of Attraction.'
In 2010, he joined the cast of 'Home and Away' as Agent Pearson and in the following year of 2011 he appeared in the Screentime and ABC production 'Crownies' as Edward Funk and 'At Home with Julia' as Gareth the gardener, an Australian political satire.
In 2012, Don will appear in the Steven Spielberg Production 'Terra Nova' as Kareem McMillen, an American and Australian television coproduction.
