Jeremy Stevermer is an artist and filmmaker based in Oakland, California best known for Film Festival Operations and Underground Cinema. Born in Blue Earth, Minnesota Jeremy pursued filmmaking at an early age.
He holds a BFA in Film and Video from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
He is an experienced production manager for cinema events and film productions with expertise in all areas of cinema production. Technical Director of the San Francisco International Film Festival from 2002-2019 producing live cinema events featuring Sam Green, Kronos Quartet, Guy Maddin's "Brand Upon the Brain" among many others as well as the Festivals Music & Film events.
