Emma started her career as a Commercials Assistant Editor, before moving to films in 2008. Through her career Emma has trained under some of the most prolific Editors in the film industry and includes Dody Dorn ACE, Michael McCusker ACE, Elliot Graham ACE, Jill Bilcock ACE and Paul Hirsch ACE among her teachers and mentors.
Emma moved to Editor in 2017 cutting as an Associate Editor on Danny Boyle's FX Series, Trust. In 2019, Emma won Best Editing at the Underwire Film Festival in the UK for her work on Monique Needham's short film Cashpoint, and that same year, she Additional Edited on Brenda Chapman's feature, Come Away. While Emma enjoys traveling for work, she is based in the UK, and became a voting member of BAFTA in 2020. Emma has most recently cut on both seasons of the Disney+ series, Loki, for Marvel Studios.
