he won numerous awards for writing, acting and directing.
Co-Founder, Chair and Acting Professor for the Experimental Performance Institute (2001-2007)- the country's first accredited BA, MA and MFA program in Experimental and Activist Performance/Theater.
Trained at the American Conservatory Theater, Tisch School of the Arts, The Actors Center (New York)
and San Francisco State University, earning BA and MFA degrees in both acting and playwriting.
Was roommates/close friends with actor Sean Maher at NYU-Tisch School of the Arts.
