Her maternal great great grandfather, Henry Renno Heyl, invented the
first camera to show pictures in motion in 1870 - the "Heyl Phasmatrope". The first exhibition of the Phasmatrope was that of a waltz, synchronized to
orchestral music, and presented to an audience of 1,600 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the late 1800's, he was an inventor of many things that we use today, including the stapler.
