Relocating to New York City, she kickstarted her career as a summer production assistant with Vh1/MTV, overseeing backstage operations for the iconic "Divas Live Concert" at the Beacon Theater.
Chelsea's trajectory continued at Sean Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment Record Label, where she quickly ascended to assist Harve Pierre Sr., VP of Artist & Repertoire. Collaborating with industry luminaries like Sean Combs, Jay Z, Faith Evans, and others, Chelsea honed her skills in artist representation and music production. Post-Bad Boy, she transitioned to Sony Music Entertainment's Marketing department, contributing to projects for artists such as Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, John Mayer, Nas, and more.
Notably, Chelsea's consulting company, SuperGirl Entertainment INC, collaborated with Andy Hilfiger on targeted marketing strategies for Jennifer Lopez's SweetFace Fashions/J.Lo Clothing during her tenure at Sony. Venturing into label building, Chelsea joined forces with Jamaal "Shyne" Barrow to establish Gangland Record Label at Def Jam/Universal.
