- Lizette was born and raised in Spanish Harlem in New York City. While only 3 years old her mother enrolled her at the Weist Barron Acting School in New York City. Starting a commercial class that young made her realize how much she enjoyed performing. Her mom then saw her potential and decided to seek out managers and agents which led to Lizette signing with her first manager in NYC at the tender age of 6 years old. In addition to acting she also was selected to be in a number of Beauty Pageants from Little Miss New Jersey to Miss Junior America. Lizette moved to Los Angeles after being discovered by Vicki Rosenberg of Vicki Rosenberg Casting after an audition for "Judging Amy" at 20th Century Fox. Having a callback and Producers read her first time auditioning in Los Angeles Vicki told Lizette that she needed to be in Los Angeles if she wanted to continue a serious career in Acting. - Her mom wanted her to attend NYU Tisch School of the Arts, but Lizette refused cause she wanted to leave the city for a bit and instead attended a Private College in Southampton, NY - Long Island University. where she graduated with honors with A B.F.A in Television and Radio Broadcasting after having switched majors from Marine Biology and Psychobiology. She still minored in Acting. Her first year in College the head of the Acting Program wanted her to audition for one of the College Plays. She agreed and landed a role in her first year of College the production was "Pyscho Beach Party" to which she owed gratitude for bringing her back to acting after deciding to quit the business.
- Her other passion is Figure Skating. She skated for 8 years. Her mother asked her at 6 years old if she wanted to Figure Skate or continue Acting because her family could not afford both.
- Was on tour in the Production of "Don Quixote" for six months after the tour ended she was asked to go on tour again.
- Was featured in National Geographic magazine at the age of 9 years old as being a young prodigy coming out of Spanish Harlem.
