Vice President Joe Biden knows any dent in the national debt is something to be excited about.
During a visit to Burlington, Vermont, on Friday to participate in a discussion about cancer research, Biden took President Barack Obama‘s 2008 slogan, “Change We Need,” to a new level when he knelt down to pick up two quarters on the sidewalk outside a local restaurant.
And he could not have been more excited about it.
Perhaps the only ones more excited about the find were witty Twitter users who were quick to relate to Biden’s joy about the loose change.
