Responsible for assisting over 35% of the international film and television projects shot in the country by providing professional production services; research, location scouting, casting and permit facilitation.

In 2007, founded the 'Bali International Film Festival', (aka Balinale) with a program of award-winning independent documentaries, features, and short films from Indonesia and around the world. The festival invites foreign filmmakers to present their films to a diverse audience while, at the same time, exploring opportunities for production and co-production opportunities. - In 2000, Deborah was appointed consultant to the Department of Industry & Trade for Bali Province to promote and enhance local design and the creative industries. Under the auspices of the Bali Government Tourism Office, in 2002, she launched the Bali Film Center to develop the island's film potential. Within the year, the Ministry of Tourism, RI endorsed the office to promote all of Indonesia as a film and event destination.
