After five seasons, fans had to say goodbye to their favorite town filled with mad scientists and one overwhelmed sheriff. "Eureka" (Mon., 9 p.m. Et on Syfy) wrapped up all of their storylines very nicely, and gave fans plenty of heartfelt moments along the way.
Jack took a trip down memory lane through a wormhole, and later had a flashback to a season one alternate timeline when Allison told him she was pregnant. Dr. Trevor Grant came back -- an ally from their trip to 1947 that triggered the alternate timeline the series has existed in since Season 4 -- just in time to save the day. The Department of Defense was shutting down Eureka, so he bought it and Global Dynamics.
Everyone got their happy ending, with Jo and Zane finally engaged, Holly and Fargo traveling the world together and even Zoey getting ready to graduate college. Jack driving her back...

Family-friendly sci-fi series Eureka returns for its fourth season following what many said was a lacklustre third year and this time everything has changed… literally. Taking one of sci-fi’s most famous tropes – time travel – the shows writers shake things up for both the townsfolk of Eureka and the viewers.
The first episode of the new season sees the town celebrating Founders Day, a celebration of the town and those, including Einstein and Trevor Grant, that created the town in the 40s. Cue the shows main characters, Sheriff Carter (Ferguson), Allison (Salli Richardson-Whitfield), Jo (Erica Cerra), Henry (Joe Morton) and Fargo (Neil Grayston) – leaping back in time to 1947 and the birth of the town, where they cross paths with Dr. Grant, played by James Callis from Battlestar Galactica,...

This article may contain spoilers. Violation of the time-travel protocols is the least of our heroes. problems. From what we have seen, Dr. Charles Grant (formerly Dr. Trevor Grant) (James Callis) has been tinkering with time itself in order to get the result he wants. He may have hitch-hiked back to the future initially out of curiosity, but then, he went back to stop Adam Barlowe (Elias Toufexis) from stealing the Bridge Device blueprints and to save Allison's (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) life. However, if the baseball he gave Jack (Colin Ferguson0 and the opening scene where he was holding a clandestine meeting to prevent the atomic bomb from ever being built are any indication, Dr. Grant has returned to 1947 more than just once. Just exactly how is he doing that and to what end? Is ...

In this week's episode of Eureka, the love triangle between Sheriff Jack Carter (Colin Ferguson), Dr. Allison Blake (Salli Richardson-Whitfield), and Dr. Trevor Grant (James Callis) really heats up. And while this clip shows a tender moment between the sheriff and the doctor, Ferguson also does his share of action scenes and stunts. We spoke with the actor and the series creator, Jaime Paglia, about which stunts go too far and if he takes pity on his fellow actors.Q: Colin, have you ever read a script and seen a crazy stunt and thought, "I’m not doing that"?
Colin: When have I not read a script where I’ve had to do a crazy stunt? Yeah, sometimes, it’s usually later on in the season because at the beginning the first two or three you’re like, "Yeah, this is going to be awesome. Let’s do it.

America's smartest little town, Eureka is one of my favorite shows and guess what people, it's been renewed for a fifth season! Blastr reports that Syfy Executive Vice Pres of Original Programming, Mark Stern has announced that the light-hearted, quirky sci-fi show has been picked up for a fifth season all while it's right in the middle of a season four run.
With the addition of BSG alum James "Baltar" Callis as Dr.Trevor Grant, add the whole time travel/time line mix up storyline and the crossovers with Warehouse 13 the show seems to just be getting better.
this season has seen so many guest star dropping by and will have many more such as Stan Lee, Matt Frewer, Ming-Na, Jaime Ray Newman, Chris Parnell, Felicia Day and Ed Quinn will be reprising his role as Nathan Stark. (I told y'all he'd be back)...

James Callis has revealed that he decided to join Eureka because he wanted a different kind of role. Callis, who plays Dr. Trevor Grant, told Blastr that he was impressed with the series. "The show is very funny," he said. "It's kind of smart, and it's light and is good-natured. God, that makes a difference to me!" Callis also revealed that he liked playing a different kind of person to his Battlestar Galactica character Gaius Baltar. "Not that [Grant's] heroic (more)...
