A little news on an independent horror flick that is due to premiere next month. Blood Was Everywhere is about a killer on the loose in a small town in Massachusetts and will premiere on November 5th in The Green Room, Uxbridge Ma (where part of the film was shot). Judging from the trailer, which is posted below, I would think it is likely to go down quite well. Personally I am digging the atmosphere and use of the music, and surprisingly there isn’t blood everywhere. There is plenty in the trailer though to hint that the filmmakers haven’t skimped on the claret. Anyway, you can judge for yourselves.
*In Blood Was Everywhere, the nightmare of the unsolved, random murder is brought to life as a faceless killer wreaks havoc on the lives of average people in a small Massachusetts town.*

A new slasher movie always excites me - no matter the quality. Sure the glory days are over, but that doesn't mean these indie filmmakers can't occasionally hit one out of the park, right? And these guys are from my hometown state of Massachusetts so what the hell? I'll gladly check this out.

A new indie slasher is in post now, called Blood Was Everywhere and on its Facebook they premiered a new poster which is pretty darn cool looking.
The nightmare of the unsolved, random murder is brought to life: A faceless killer wreaks havoc on the lives of average people in a small Massachusetts town.
Friday the 13th and Halloween are said to be they’re inspirations – naturally – as Jason Torrey directs off a script he co-wrote with Sherrie Lemire and J R.A Schaefer. The film is eying a September premiere.
