Since 2010’s acclaimed Constant Companion, Toronto-based singer-songwriter Doug Paisley has performed for countless audiences and continuously won fans for his 70s-inspired sound. Now, he returns with forthcoming album Strong Feelings, a 10-song collection of original work recorded largely in Toronto in an analog studio. This year’s Bgt looks set to be one of the wackiest yet, with news today that one man auditioned for the judges dressed as a giant hamster!
Cameraman Stuart Kettell, who’s dubbed himself ‘The Mad Fool’, auditioned for the show earlier this year as the hamster, and apparently included a giant hamster wheel which he ran in during his act.
Stuart revealed that his biggest ambition was to perform his quirky act in front of the Queen.
He said, “I would like to think the queen would like to see a giant hamster running across her stage one day.”
And Bgt judge Amanda Holden has revealed that she and her fellow judges, David Hasselhoff and Michael McIntyre, have been deliberately putting through bizarre acts in order to irritate Simon Cowell who will join the show during the live rounds…
