Exclusive: Former Critical Content veteran Brad Carr has joined Endemol Shine North America as Svp Production. He formerly served as an associate producer on Deal or No Deal, Fear Factor and other Endemol Shine programs.
Reporting to Evp Production Rob Day, he will oversee day-to-day production of the company’s MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and the upcoming ABC series Family Food Fight, along with its other projects in development.
“Brad brings with him a tremendous amount of experience and he’s someone I’ve worked with many times in my career and have a lot of trust in,” Day said. “He’s already stepped right in and helping us keep our many shows on track.”

Rob Day has been promoted to Evp, Head of Unscripted Production for Endemol Shine USA, the unscripted division of Endemol Shine North America, whose hit shows include Fox’s MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, CBS’ Big Brother and NBC’s The Biggest Loser. Endemol North America has promoted four executives: Caroline Baumgard to Evp Development, Rob Smith to Evp Programming; Rob Day to Evp Production, and Ron Milkes to Evp Operations, Strategy and Corporate Development. The four will continue to be based in Los Angeles and report to David Goldberg, Chairman and CEO, Endemol North America. Baumgard will continue to spearhead all non-scripted development; Smith will continue to oversee all of Endemol USA’s on-air series. Baumgard and Smith, who joined Endemol USA in 2002, have helped build Endemol USA’s slate of reality series with shows like Deal Or No Deal, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Wipeout.
