Salim Najjar
Salim Najjar is an inventor, a seeker, and an entrepreneur with a passion for Nervous System Regulation. He received a dual engineering degree from RPI and worked at a Nuclear Power Plant for 5+ years before co-founding the tea-based sparkling beverage company, Sound Beverages.
The beginning of his beverage entrepreneurship coincided with the "Biohacking" movement and his extreme, engineering mind dove all-in for 5 years experimenting with every technology on the market. He then spent the next 5 years diving head first into his spiritual, inward journey experimenting with ancient modalities and plant medicines. This journey has led him to one metric as the ultimate marker for longevity, creativity, and higher happiness: HRV, (aka Heart Rate Variability).
Why focus on one little biomarker? Simple: Because HRV is a measure of your relationship to stress. And stress, on a cellular level, is the root cause of dis-ease and aging.
His mission is to free people from the trappings of stress so they can activate their greater gifts. The more clear and well-regulated your nervous system is, the more sustainable your "flow-state" productivity becomes.
