Hawley Lawrence(1924-1970)
- Actor
Born in New York in 1924, Hawley made his way to California, where he
worked for Film Fair, a company that produced television commercials.
In 1968, Film Fair produced its own zany comedy Western short, "Blaze
Glory," in which Hawley portrayed a banker, and which was released in
theaters in 1972. Hawley and his wife Pauline adopted two children,
Josh (b. 1965) and Eden (b. 1968). Hawley, sadly, passed away in 1970,
while both of his children were very young. His two children would also
spend all too short of time on earth. Josh tragically passed away as a
result of a motorcycle accident in 1984, at the age of 19. His daughter
Eden courageously pushed forward in life, graduating from college in
1993, establishing a successful career as an Executive Assitant, and
taking care of her mother, Pauline. Eden accomplished a dream when she
became a certified pilot in 2002. The multi-talented Eden also became a
belly-dancer in 2006, performing in "Arabia Exotica: Dancing in a
Secret Language" in October 2006. She took care of Pauline until her
mother passed away in January 2007 at the age of 80. Eden's life was,
tragically, cut short in December 2007 at the age of 39.
