Biography

Matheo Techer is a French multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer. He has been playing drums since he was 3 and studied music in the Regional Conservatory in La Réunion. Matheo also studied in the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston (MA, USA) where he graduated in 2018.

Matheo has collaborated with many renown artists such as Jacob Collier (multiple Grammy Awards), Naika, Nasaya, Maro. He is now based in Los Angeles, where his career has been evolving through meetings of exception. Quincy Jones for instance, gave him the opportunity to be a part of a residency in his jazz club in Dubai.

Matheo composes scores in various musical genres for a variety of projects including films and documentaries. He often writes for orchestras in addition to using electronic production techniques.
