Joe Stanton(IV)
- Location Management
After a 15 year career in the British Army (reaching the rank of Major), I now work in Locations. I pride myself on being reliable and hardworking. My background has provided me with planning, logistics and problem-solving skills. I strive to get all jobs done to the highest possible standard, especially in the most challenging conditions. I am open to working on any Production, at home or abroad. My IMDB profile lists some of my experience and my CV is available on request for anyone who wants a more in depth look. I love working in Film and HETV and I hope that my passion for this exciting second career is shinning through on every job I take.
Highlights from my previous career included: -Deployments to Afghanistan, Africa, Central America, Eastern Europe, Germany, Cyprus and across the UK. Often at short notice. -I commanded up to 200 soldiers, their vehicles and equipment in challenging and often dangerous environments. This was done within very challenging time/space/resource constraints. -I planned a large-scale, multi-national, deployment of soldiers and their equipment to the USA. -I commanded a Company of soldiers during the COVID-19 crisis to deliver mobile testing during a period of chaos and uncertainly. This involved hastily establishing bases and liaising with local councils and government agencies. I was responsible for a large vehicle fleet and equipment holdings across multiple locations.
