Xavier is best known for his role as director of the controversial music biopic "I Got Soul" (2013). He is also known for his roles in films such as Selena (1997), Step Up (2006). Among urban dance fans and B-boy culture, he is well known as collaborator to the actor/dancers of the original Breakin (1984) MGM franchise.
