Micah Copeland
- Music Artist
- Actor
Before he turned two, Micah had already figured out how to turn any item in a drumstick. He was banging out Backstreet Boys on his bedside before he moved to his first set of digital drums at three. He's grown as impeccable, entertaining drummer playing on numerous Nashville stages since he was nine. He's the drummer for the youth band "Anything But Nothing" and is forming another band, Eruption 2 in the near future. He launched MCXDrums in 2022 officially and hasn't stopped since. He founded Drumming Up Food which intersects his passion for music and food insecurity.
In 2023, he appeared on the season premiere of ABC's Generation Gap hosted by Kelly Ripa. It was a dream come true for him, especially to have it as part of the Disney General Entertainment Group. Micah said, "I've been dying to be on a TV show, so when they called and asked, I was 100 percent in! Going to the studio, being backstage, meeting all the people involved is something I'll never forget."
Micah's home is on a farm in Nashville, Tennessee where he loves on his numerous dogs, alpacas, cows, and goats. He hates the chickens, however, and has alektorophobia. When he's not in front of a camera filming for his YouTube channel or drumming, you'll find him riding through the fields on his ATV and UTV. He was born in Jesup, Georgia to his two dads, Brian and Greg, five years prior to his biological mother's death. He has an older brother, Zach, and a little sister, Esther. Micah joins his brother on stage every Sunday morning as the main drummer for the church where their father Greg pastors and Zach serves as the worship minister.
