Was New Zealand's first digital typeface designer in the late 1980s.
Founded Lucire, a fashion magazine, online in 1997, and turned it into
a print title in 2004. Coincidentally, his date of birth is 30 years to
the day that Condé Nast, who founded Vogue, died.
Attended St Mark's Church School, in the same class as actor Karl Urban.
His lapel pin on Good Morning (1997) tends to be patriotic, either
of a Chinese flag or political party, or the New Zealand flag, though some episodes featured a Lucire pin.
Quit Good Morning (1997) at the beginning of May 2007, citing
invasions into his privacy by the show.
