Everett Gist

Everett Gist was born on April 10, 1975, in Tucson, Arizona.
Everett is a trainer and part owner of Gist Quarter Horses. Also participating in calf roping and bronc riding and awarded multiple buckles.
In the early 1990's, Everett was introduced to acting. He was a background cast member in the 1995 movie Hard Bounty. It would not be until 2017 when Yellowstone Season 1 was being filmed in Ogden, Utah, where Everett was an officer and able to watch the production that the acting bug would bite again.
Everett retired from Law enforcement in 2021 and moved to Moab, Utah.
In the Summer of 2022, Everett was walking with his wife on Main Street in Moab, Utah when he was approached by casting agents to be a background cast member in the new Kevin Costner movie "Horizon" and happily accepted. Within a few hours of filming on his first day he was promoted from background to stunt riding and then to being personally selected by Costner to feature in a more visible on screen role.
