Ramsay Adams is the founder and Executive Director of the Catskill
Mountainkeeper, an environmental advocacy organization. He is a
co-owner of Catskill Brewery - a craft brewery in Livingston Manor, NY.
He is a Board Member of Mark Ruffalo's Water Defense organization and a
film and television music supervisor, author, educator and advocate. He
is the Executive Producer of Woodstock Film Festival Official 2014
Selection 'Catskill Park' a short doc about the Catskills. He has
worked as the Music Supervisor for Fox News Channel, as the film music
supervisor of many films including "Jihad for Love", "Heights" and
"Justice". He created and taught the "Music Supervision" course at New
York University's Center for Advanced Digital Applications and is the
author of the book "Music Supervision: The Complete Guide to Selecting
Music for Movies, TV, Games, and New Media." (Schirmer/Music Sales). He
is co-founder of MusicSupervisionCentral.com, a music supervision
services company. Ramsay lives in the Catskills with his wife and two
children.
