Mackenzie Grace Gilligan

Mackenzie is an actress from Phoenix, Arizona. Her love of performing started when she was 11 years old and participated in her school play Annie and was cast as the lead Annie. She gave up competitive soccer to focus on theater. She began to perform many more roles on stage including Mrs. Potts in Beauty and The Beast, Emma in Emma A Pop Musical, Gretchen Weiners in Mean Girls and Miss Honey in Matilda Jr. At 12 years old she wanted to pursue television/film acting and began her journey. She has been cast in many student films including a lead in a UCLA thesis film and a local short film that won her an award. She was in a feature film with JC Films called A Life of Purpose with cast including Dean Cain and Eddie McClintock playing his daughter. She has been told she takes direction well and behaves very maturely on set.
When she is not auditioning, in acting classes or performing on stage she loves to play the guitar, draw and paint in her free time. She attends a high school that has an amazing performing arts department and her electives include Advanced Acting, Dance and Theatrical Arts. She has been taking voice lessons for several years now and has a dream of performing on Broadway someday.
