Jody Sellers

Jody Sellers was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 24th, 1979. Jody grew up in the small town
of Maud, Texas and was known to be the entertainer of the household. He went to Maud High School
where he was a strong athlete, favoring basketball, and had no reservations when asked to get on stage.
After graduating high school, Jody joined the army in 1998 and spent 3 years in active duty. He went on
to pursue a career as a police officer and worked at multiple sheriff departments throughout Texas. Jody
continued his education during this time and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M -
Texarkana in 2016.
In 2017, he enrolled in the Texas Parks & Wildlife Game Warden Academy. Jody had his first acting
appearance as himself in the show "Lone Star Law", an American television series following numerous
Texas Game Wardens and their investigations in protecting Texas wildlife.
Jody's newest venture will be the role of a sheriff deputy in the movie "The Vanishings at Caddo Lake", from
Director Logan George and Celine Held, with M. Night Shyamalan as a producer. Jody will be joined by his
wife, Jennifer Sellers, as a cast member. Jody has also starred as the lead in a short film produced by Generation Hope in A Girl's Superpower.
Jody has two kids and is in the Army Reserve.
