Kevin Marlo(1973-2001)
Kevin Dennis Marlo was born in a suburb of Philadelphia. He attended
both Bishop Shannahan High School and Henderson High School, [which is
also the Alma Mater of Kerr Smith of _"Dawson's Creek" (1999)_], in West Chester,
Pennsylvania. Kevin moved on to college at the University of Pittsburgh
where he graduated from the School of Business. After college, Kevin
took a full time job at the investment banking firm of Sandler O'Neil
on the 103 floor of the World Trade Center. In the year 2000 Kevin
caught the acting bug and began looking for work as an extra. Shortly
before the collapse of the WTC on 9-11-2001, Kevin had completed an
episode of elimiDATE (2001) that was filmed on a ranch in Utah. He had also won
the role of Korbin Kane in an independent short film entitled 'Flight',
based on his screen tests. Out of respect for his death the
writer/director scrapped the project. Also of note, Kevin appeared on
the Tonight Show with Jay Leno in an extended audience shot during an
interview with Susan Sarandon.
