Yvonne Magwas
1998 A-levels; 1998 to 2005 studied sociology, business administration and psychology at Chemnitz University of Technology, graduated as a sociologist; 2005 to 2013 research assistant and office manager.
Joined the CDU in 2001; 2003 to 2009 city councilor in Auerbach; 2003 to 2005 and since May 2019 county councilor in the Vogtland district. Since 2019, deputy federal chairwoman of the Women's Union. Member of the Radio Council of Deutschlandradio, member of the Administrative Board and Executive Committee of the FFA Film Promotion Agency. Member of the Bundestag since October 2013; Member of the Federal Foundation for Gender Equality since 2021, Chairwoman of the Women's Group of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group from 2018 to 2021, Vice President of the German Bundestag since October 2021.
