John Naderi
- Executive
When John "Nads" Naderi isn't referring to himself in the third person, he's wont to wax nostalgic about his career highlights in a couple hundred words or less. After getting his start creating media in the formative days of the tuner movement, Nads rose to become editor-in-chief of Super Street, leading the print publication to reach the biggest audience of all time. Nads was quick to the video sharing game, launching the critically acclaimed RiceBoyTV channel in the early days of something called YouTube.
Nads helped bring time attack and gymkhana stateside and was one of the first American media creators to cover drifting. His media and motorsport chops were put to the test when he served as the event director for the Gymkhana GRID Invitational in conjunction with ESPN, which was one of the most-viewed events at the 2013 X Games.
Nads has spent time as Hoonigan's leading tuner car fanatic and cheap beer connoisseur as well as serving as the lead host for the Super Street Garage TV show. He also serves as a creative director and chief storyteller for his own creative services agency. When he's not fawning over obscure Hondas, nads likes to surf, snowboard, skateboard, ride downhill mountain bikes and race BMX, all of which he does terribly with his kids.
