With a thirst for music and theatre from an early age, Alexandre studies Composition, Orchestration and Conducting at the "George Enescu" National University of Music in Bucharest. At the same time, he studies Theatre Directing at The National Film and Theatre University "I.L.Caragiale" in Bucharest. He continues his studies with a Master's Degree in Musical Theatre at the Sorbonne University in Paris and a PhD at The National University of Film and Theatre in Bucharest during which he writes his thesis "Acting the Song or Singing the Act - a musical and theatrical journey through the complexity of a Triple Threat". Music Theatre professor and vocal coach for six years now, in 2014 he creates Ecole Broadway - The First Musical Theatre School in Belgium, where he teaches a complex musical theatre training program. At the same time he continues his creative work as a composer and theatre director. His style range is extremely wide, from theatre music (shakespearian plays, classic, modern theatre vaudeville, living statues, theatre of movement, cabaret) to film music (The Crooked Devil and The Jubilee). As far as musicals are concerned, he marks his debut as pianist in Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of Jesus Christ Superstar in 2007 in Bucarest and continues as director for a Theatre School Production of Andrew Llyod Webber's Cats. At the same time, he continues work on his own creations having composed and staged several musicals in English, French and Romanian: Salome, Lautrec The Musical, Arthur The Musical, Gammer Gurton's Needle, La Chasse a la Baleine, Jeu d'Enquete, etc.)
