- Ulrich and Odd return from a mission on Lyoko, but XANA has infected them with a virus causing them to believe they are seeing monsters in the real world. Jeremy knows how to help them, but XANA has launched another attack in Sector 5.

- During a class field trip to an island in the middle of a lake, XANA conjures an aquatic monster to trap the students. However, Yumi, who stayed behind to do her schoolwork, is able to enter Lyoko where she must face William one-on-one.
